Founded in Gebze in 1990, ASAŞ is one of the most remarkable industrial enterprises in Turkey with its 5 state-of-the-art production facilities in Akyazı, Sakarya region and over 2000 employees and export to over 80 countries. Based on its stable financial growth trend since its establishment in 1990, ASAŞ was listed No 91 out of Top 100 companies in İSO 500 Turkey in 2015 which turnover is 334 mio. dollars and became one of the leading manufacturers in Europe. 

ASAŞ generates solutions and adds value to all sectors where it operates, thanks to its innovative products, technology, R&D centre which is a first and only in its sector, and its services. ASAŞ provides services for its clients at its Aluminium Profile, Composite Panel, Aluminium Flat Rolled Product, PVC Profile and Roller Shutter production facilities, which are located in a total of 700.000 m² area, of which 400.000 m², is enclosed, in Akyazı and Karapürçek complex. 

ASAŞ produces aluminium extrusion profiles with a capacity of 75 thousand tonnes, aluminium composite panels with a capacity of 6.7 million m2 , PVC profiles with a capacity of 30 thousand tonnes, rolling shutters with a capacity of 30 million metre per year. ASAŞ also manufactures aluminium rolled products with a capacity of 120 thousand tonnes and coated aluminium rolled products with a capacity of 60 thousand tonnes per year, in a diverse range of industrial sectors to more than 80 countries.

Thanks to its high tech equipment and machinery dedicated to railway sector, ASAŞ today produces up to 600 mm wide, 26 metre long, 75 kg/metre profiles for metro and tram bodies, bended and welded door and window frames, machined thresholds and machined aluminium parts for other interior and exterior applications.

In its R&D centre, 75 R&D Personnel, 46 of whom are researchers (1 Ph.D., 18 MSc, 27 bachelor’s degree person), continue to work by using their testing and simulation capabilities for aluminium profiles, PVC profiles, roller shutter-commercial Door systems and aluminium flat products.
