RETROFEED at ENLIT Europe 2022
ENLIT Europe took place from November 29th to the 1st of December in Frankfurt, Germany. This year, RETROFEED had the opportunity to showcase at a dedicated stand in the EU Projects Zone. At this ENLIT’s edition, the programme of the EU Projects Zone focused on key topics and themes guiding the energy transition, in which the RETROFEED solutions perfectly fitted.
From RETROFEED consortium, OPTIT and CIRCE took the chance to present the project, its partners, objectives, and impact, as well as handing out some brochures to visitors. Plus, all the project leaders and coordinators, from most EU countries, including representatives from the European Commission and associations, gathered to discuss successes and share lessons learnt, turning the 3-day event into a great knowledge sharing occasion with the various panel discussions.
For the 5th consecutive year ENLIT was, due to its collaboration with the European Commission, a live platform for projects communication and dissemination, and trough this platform, RETROFEED was able to share info and updates on the project progress with any interested party on the solutions and demo-sites, making it a very fruitful event and a relevant opportunity to demonstrate that in addition to reducing energy-related issues, there are cutting-edge solutions under development that help decarbonise industries, and therefore minimize the costs and such energy-related issues.
